NLOM’s Summer Ministry Team is comprised of young leaders who are at the heart of making summer camp run. Members of this team obtain skills that are transferable to multiple careers, gain a supportive community and network, and make a real difference to the youth and families they serve at camp. And, let’s be honest, it’s tons of fun working at camp!
Summer Ministry Team members have strengths in leadership, communication, hospitality, and teamwork. Being a member of our summer staff is not easy; it’s a lot of hard work. Administrative Support Specialist
Are you someone who loves helping things run smoothly and making people feel welcome? We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to serve as the friendly, organized hub of our camp office.
This role supports staff and leadership across the organization while keeping daily office operations on track. From answering phones and assisting with communications to supporting onboarding and office systems, you’ll play an important behind-the-scenes role in our ministry.
You’ll often be the first voice or face people encounter, helping reflect NLOM’s commitment to care and hospitality. If you’re detail-oriented, service-minded, and passionate about supporting meaningful, faith-based work, we’d love to hear from you!
