Summer Ministry Team

NLOM’s Summer Ministry Team is comprised of young leaders who are at the heart of making summer camp run. Members of this team obtain skills that are transferable to multiple careers, gain a supportive community and network, and make a real difference to the youth and families they serve at camp. And, let’s be honest, it’s tons of fun working at camp!

Manager of Financial Records

Do you enjoy bringing clarity, organization, and care to the behind-the-scenes work that helps an organization thrive? We are seeking a Manager of Financial Records to support our mission through strong financial stewardship and thoughtful administration.

In this role, you’ll manage financial records, coordinate payroll and benefits, and prepare reports that support leadership and the Board of Directors. You’ll work closely with the Executive Director and supervise key office functions, helping ensure smooth daily operations across the organization.

This position is ideal for someone who values accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration in a mission-driven environment. If you’re passionate about using your financial skills to support meaningful ministry, we’d love to hear from you!
