NLOM's Summer Ministry Team is comprised of young leaders who are at the heart of making summer camp run. Members of this team obtain skills that are transferable to multiple careers, gain a supportive community and network, and make a real difference to the youth and families they serve at camp. The Director of Marketing and Communications provides full-time, year-round leadership for NLOM’s internal and external marketing efforts. This position develops and implements strategies to strengthen NLOM’s brand, increase awareness of its ministry, support organizational goals, and engage its many audiences.
