Friends Camp Trip
Join us on the inaugural Nebraska Lutheran Outdoor Ministries Friends Camp Trip, May 17-24, 2022.
In this action-packed eight-day adventure, you'll visit more than 20 distinct New England sites throughout six states and enjoy the company of others who love NLOM.
While we make final reservations for some of the sights, restaurants, and hotels, the following is our vision for the trip. Registered trip guests will be provided a detailed itinerary by May 1.

Registration for the 2022 Friends Camp Trip to New England is through our secure online registration site called UltraCamp.
1. Register on ultracamp
You will need to create an account through UltraCamp in order to register. View the instructions document below and click the Register Now button to start the registration process. You will be transferred to our secure online registration site called UltraCamp.
2. Pay deposit & complete registration
Enter your payment method through the secure UltraCamp site. You can pay online via credit or debit card, online check, or you can mail in a check or money order. If you choose to mail your payment, select 'Pay items in Full' then 'Pay by Check/Money Order' during the payment section on UltraCamp. Please mail your payment to NLOM Registrar, 27416 Ranch Road, Ashland, NE 68003.

Frequently asked questions
What is included in the trip cost?
The cost of this trip includes round-trip airfare from Omaha to New York, a 52-passenger motor coach with restrooms for transportation throughout New England, seven nights at hotels ranked highly by national travel websites (Kayak, Trip Advisor, etc.), tickets for all events and entrance into all museums and parks, 11 meals (seven breakfasts, two lunches, and two dinners), as well as bottled water and snacks on the bus.
What about COVID-19?
No one knows exactly how much of an effect COVID-19 will have in our lives by May 2022. Nonetheless, we require each traveler be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by the time of departure, and bring proof of vaccination with them. Proof of vaccination and masks may be required at some destinations.
We will provide a full itinerary with current local requirements to all registered guests by May 1.
Is this trip tax deductible?
While the entire cost of the Friends Camp Trip is not tax deductible, a portion of it may be. An exact amount of deducibility and receipt will be provided to all guests.
Is my deposit refundable?
The $500 deposit is fully refundable until registration closes on February 25.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
There is a minimum of 25 registered guests required by February 25, 2022, to make the trip possible. If this minimum is not met, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.
