Chef & Manager of food Services

NLOM is seeking a talented individual to join the year round staff as our Chef & Manager of Food Services!


The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in a culinary atmosphere, knows how to keep and prepare food safely, and feels comfortable with high volume cooking.

Job Responsibilities:

Our Chef directs the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other foods. As the Manager of Food Services, they will also plan menu items, order supplies, keep records and accounts, and ensure food safety along with pleasant dining experiences for campers and guests.
