Love and support. If we have both things, then we might consider ourselves to be profoundly blessed.

This advent season and the coming Christmastide will surely be different as all this year has been. And yet, God remains present with us.

Often I have thought of peace as the absence of conflict or as a feeling of calm. However, these definitions of peace feel hallow in 2020.

Advent is the season of waiting for Jesus. And this year we are also waiting for an end to this pandemic. With waiting comes hope.
