Leadership Camp
Leadership Camp is designed to teach and train participants to be future leaders of camp and their community.
Leaders In Training will learn valuable skills as they grow their experiences through education, observation, practice, and coaching. They’ll create community with one another, and have the chance to positively impact the camp experience for our young campers.
Why Leadership Camp?
Current high school Juniors and Seniors are invited to apply for this comprehensive, three-week experience to learn valuable skills:
- leadership
- problem-solving
- communication
- safety
- character development
- program facilitation
- relationship building
- time management
Program Schedule
Leaders In Training must commit to one week of education and two weeks of practicum to participate in Leadership Camp.
First Session:

Education Week: Platform Tents at Whispering Winds site
Practicum Weeks: TrailHead, The Grove, Ranch Camp, or The Springs
Cost
$500 per Leader in Training for one Education Week.
Lodging, meals, and all training materials are provided for Leaders In Training during the duration of Leadership Camp.
