Site Coordinators
Prefer individuals that have served at least two summers on the NLOM Summer Ministry Team and have previous supervisory experience.  Provide support and supervision for staff. Coordinate all aspects of the summer program including special site specific programs, volunteer support, maintenance of facilities and inventory of supplies. Serve as a spiritual leader and role model for staff encouraging others to grow in faith and strengthen their leadership skills. Responsible for the health and safety of all program participants. Must be at least 20 years of age with a current driver’s license and good driving record.
