Please make note of this important information related to the 2011 summer camp schedule. Any time off during the summer season must be approved in advance. Time off is not guaranteed.
| May 21 | Site Coordinators Report for Training |
| May 23 | Counselors due at Carol Joy Holling Camp. Training runs May 23 through June 1. NO WEEKEND BREAK during training. |
| June 1-3 | Usual Friday night at 6 p.m. to Sunday at noon weekend break. |
| June 3-8 | Week # 1 – Weekend break Friday at 6 pm through Sunday noon |
| June 10-15 | Week # 2 - Weekend break Friday at 6 pm through Sunday noon |
| June 17-22 | Week # 3 - Weekend break Friday at 6 pm through Sunday noon |
| June 24-29 | Week # 4 – Weekend break Friday at 6 pm through Sunday noon |
| July 1-3 | Week #5 Mini Week - Weekend break Friday at 6 p.m. through Sunday noon |
| July 3-7 | Mid Season Break |
| July 7 | Mid summer training - 2 pm start |
| July 8-13 | Week # 6 - Weekend break Friday at 6 pm through Sunday noon |
| July 15-20 | Week # 7 - Weekend break Friday at 6 pm through Sunday noon |
| July 22-26 | Week # 8 – Session ending on Thursday |
| July 27 | End of the summer cleaning, packing and sharing time. |
| July 28 | Quilt Auction – all staff are expected to help with the Quilt Auction. |
| July 30 | Staff depart |
