Activities

Confirmation and Open Camp. The Springs is a site based on mission: a mission to carry the cross of Christ wherever we go. Springs campers will learn to carry that cross out into the world; in their homes, communities, churches, states and nations.

• Carry the Cross – literally. Each village takes turns carrying the 10’ cross for a day, reminding us to keep Christ at the center of our lives!
  
• Studios – Explore your gifts and learn to serve in the Springs studios focused on prayer, music, quilting and more.
•  Fun with Friends – Biffer & Medic, creative arts, swimming, boating, hiking, outdoor education and geocaching
  
• High ropes adventure – Commitment Trail
  
• Camper planned and led worship
  

Take up Your Cross

 Mathew 16:24-25 Then Jesus said to his disciples, "If anyone wants to come with me, he must forget himself, carry his cross, and follow me. For whoever wants to save his own life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it."

Each day at The Springs, the Village of the Day carries a large wooden cross everywhere they go to help remind everyone that Jesus is the center of our lives!
