This is the one!  You asked for a retreat designed to teach some useful quilt construction techniques and we listened.  

The focus of this retreat is for you to learn helpful skills to add to your “bag of quilting tricks.”  There will be a retreat project to practice the techniques, but you will still have time to work on your own projects. You will be learning to set in rounded shapes without pins, how to insert “pick-up sticks” into a finished block or quilt and how to foundation piece without sewing through the paper. No need to go out and buy any new fabric or gadgets. Use things you already have on hand to expand the possibilities for your own work. Come ready for a fun, relaxed retreat filled with tips and tricks to help make your quilting more interesting and effortless!
